Who We Are

Island Industries Inc. is a family-owned and managed company founded in 2015, backed by over 20 years of industry expertise. Based at our headquarters on 2351 Richmond Terrace in Staten Island, we’ve grown to operate three dry batch plants—two in Staten Island and one in Brooklyn—making us a leading provider of high-quality ready-mix concrete in the area. Our growing fleet of 40 concrete mixers, together with our material barge, pneumatic trailers, tractors, and dump trucks, allows us to remain self-sustained and efficiently supply our own aggregates and cement.

Driven by a commitment to quality, we’re proud to be NYDOT certified and maintain our own in-house testing lab, ensuring every batch meets rigorous specifications. Our dedicated QC team oversees production in the plant and on-site, providing the precision and reliability your projects demand. Beyond ready-mix concrete, we also offer roll-off container services and material sales, serving a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial needs. We’ve built a strong reputation for reliability and expertise across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
